Who would you rather see in concert?

Don't know one or either or these bands? Get new choices.

"What if I don't know only one of the bands, should I assume them to be better than a mediocre band I do know?"
Well, I guess you can do what you want, but for accuracy's sake, I'd rather you load new choices until you know both of them.
